Progress Report: December 9, 2007

Today’s Activities

• Cleaned and secured walkways across left side and center of Courtyard.
• Finished grill and cupboard doors for outdoor kitchen for upper patio.
• Completed veneering outdoor fireplace for upper patio.
• 99% completed upper patio.
• Completed excavation for lower left patio.
• Post signs for closing of rear Breezeway entrance/exit and temporary ramp to Courtyard.

Tomorrow’s Planned Activities

• Put finishing touches on upper patio.
• String line and measure tops of pipes and other underground structures below lower left patio area.
• Evaluate challenges disclosed by lower left patio excavation.
• Decide on footprint for lower left patio.
• Begin demolition of stairs and center area for ramp.

Current Safety Concerns

None.

Material Deliveries Scheduled

• Multiple flat beds and dump trucks.
• We will soon place a dumpster on the staging area.

Comments

• We are working tomorrow, Monday, Dec. 10, from early morning until the rain stops us.
• Only finishing touches needed for upper patio.
• Rear Breezeway exit/entrance and temporary ramp closed indefinitely.
